摘  要:目前,冲击试验机操作的现代化程度已经很高,通常试验人员进行完冲击试验后,液晶屏可立即显示并用指针指示冲击吸收能量,通过能量表盘显示冲击吸收能量的冲击试验机越来越少。表盘指示冲击吸收能量的试验机具有结构简单、成本低廉的特征,但是冲击吸收能量一般是估读得出,无法精确得出具体的数值,示值误差较大;单纯的液晶屏显示冲击吸收能量的试验机具有结构相对复杂、成本相对较高、显示冲击吸收能量准确的优点。本试验机是把两种能量指示系统结合在一台机器上,同时用表盘、液晶屏显示输出冲击吸收能量,并通过国产低、中、高、超高能量段弧形标样进行对比验证。结果表明,液晶屏显示冲击吸收能量准确度更高,可靠性有保证,完全可以单机装备,降低整机成本。The modernization of impact testing machine operation is relatively high at present. After impact testing, the impact absorption energy can be generally displayed by liquid crystal screen and pointer. The impact testing machines using plate to display the impact absorption energy are less and less. These machines have some advantages such as simple structure and low cost. However, the impact absorption energy is usually estimated and the accurate reading is hardly obtained. The testing machines using liquid crystal screen to display the impact absorption energy have some disadvantages such as complicated structure and relatively high cost, hut the impact absorption energy can be accurately displayed. The two energy indicating systems were combined into one machine. The impact absorption energy could be displayed by both plate and liquid crystal screen. The comparison and verification were conducted using domestic arc standard samples with low, middle, high and ultra high energy. The results indicated that the liquid crystal screen exhibited more accurate impact absorption energy. The reliability could be guaranteed. It was applicable to the equipment for single machine. Moreover, the cost of complete machine could be also reduced.
