摘 要:对42CrMo钢翘皮缺陷进行了宏观、微观分析,获得了翘皮缺陷的形成原因。研究结果表明,翘皮缺陷形成的主要原因是连铸工艺波动使得结晶器保护渣卷入铸坯内部形成夹杂物,同时结合现场的具体条件,提出了相应的工艺控制措施,有效地指导现场质量检验人员进行检验,从而更好地提高产品质量。The shell defects of 42CrMo steel were macroscopically and microscopically analyzed to investigate the formation cause. The results showed that shell defects were mainly caused by the inclusions inside casting billet which was introduced from the crystallizer casting powder due to fluctuation of continuous casting process. The corresponding process control measures were proposed by combining with the actual conditions in field. It effectively guide the on-site quality inspection personnel and better improve the product quality.
