全自动阅片机测定血小板计数方法的临床对比研究

摘　　要：目的对比研究全自动阅片机测定血小板计数方法与手工计数、全自动血细胞分析仪检测结果的差异。方法随机选取我院210例住院及门诊患者EDTA抗凝全血,以全自动血球仪计数将其结果分为高、中、低三组,每组70例,再通过全自动阅片机和牛鲍计数板手工计数,比较其结果。结果全自动阅片法和另两种方法计数的PLT结果比较,其差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);全自动阅片法和另两种计数法的计数结果均呈显著正相关(P<0.001)。结论全自动阅片机PLT计数法与全自动血细胞分析仪计数及手工计数法高度相关,其结果准确可靠,具有重要的临床使用价值。Objective Comparative study of automatic measurement manual reading machine count, platelet count differences in methods and automatic blood cell analyzer test results. Methods Randomly selected 210 cases of hospital outpatient and emergency patients hospitalized EDTA anticoagulated whole blood, with automatic blood analyzer count, the results were divided into high, medium and low three groups, 70 cases in each group, and then hand-counted by counting board automatic reading machine and cattle abalone, and compared the result. Results Automatic film-reading method and the other two methods PLT counting result of the comparison, the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; Read the piece counting result of automatic counting method and the other two showed a significant positive correlation （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusions Automatic reading machine PLT counting method and automated blood cell analyzer counts and manual counting method are highly correlated, the results are accurate and reliable,which has important clinical value.
