摘　　要：为进一步规范围术期管理,强化手术授权、手术安全、合理用药管控,满足单病种手术管理需求,医院整合现有手术管理软件,建立一个相对完善的围术期管理信息化系统,实现手术名称标准化、手术分级、手术授权、切口管理和术中抗生素管理五方面功能。In order to further regulate the management of the perioperative period , to strengthen the author-ization and safety of operation , to reinforce the proper administration of medication and to meet the requirements of single disease operation , Changhai Hospital has integrated the existing operation management software and estab -lished a relatively comprehensive information system of perioperative management , achieving five aspects of func-tions：standardization of the names of operations , classification of operations , authorization of operations , manage-ment of incisions and management of intraoperative antibiotics .
