广东民办高职开设健美操现状的研究分析

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对广东6所民办高职开设健美操的现状情况进行调查研究。研究表明:健美操师资欠缺,学校不重视体育课,体育课形式单一;大部分学生对健美操课程感兴趣,而大部分高职院校又不按照《2002年普通高校体育教学指导纲要》要求开展体育选项课,是导致民办高职健美操开设不足的原因之一。通过研究,为提高民办高职重视体育课程以及开设健美操课去满足大学生的锻炼需求,为今后民办高职院校积极实行高校体育选项课指导纲要,开展健美操课提供相关理论参考。Using methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, this paper carries out the investigation and study on the present situation of.6 private higher vocational colleges in Guangdong which opened aerobics. The research shows that： the aerobics teachers are short of, the schools do not pay attention to PE course; most students are interested in aerobics course, and most of the higher vocational colleges do not implement the outline of ordinary college PE in 2002, is one of the reasons of insufficient aerobics course in private higher vocational colleges. The study aims to make private higher vocational colleges attach great importance to the PE curriculum and aerobics courses, to meet the demand of college students, and provide theoretical reference for implementing the college PE optional class guidelines in the private vocational colleges, and for the opening of the aerobics course.
