摘 要:以凹凸棒石黏土为原料,酸化后利用廉价有机胺乙二胺、正丁胺、1,6-己二胺为模板剂制备ZSM-5沸石,考察了模板剂类型及合成条件对ZSM-5沸石合成的影响。利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和N2吸附脱附对所得产品进行了表征。结果表明:3种有机胺均可作为凹土合成ZSM-5沸石的模板剂,但模板作用弱于四丙基溴化铵。合成ZSM-5沸石的适宜条件为:NaOH浓度0.375 mol/L,模板剂质量浓度50 g/L,晶化温度180℃,晶化时间48 h。在适宜合成条件下以正丁胺为模板剂制备ZSM-5沸石比表面积最高,为153 m^2/g。ZSM-5 zeolites were synthesized from acid treated palygoskite via cheap organic amines ethylenediamine, n-buthlamine, and 1, 6-hexanediamine as templates. The products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and nitrogen adsorptiondesorption experiment. The results indicated that the three organic amines could be used as the template of ZSM-5 zeolites synthesized from palygorskite but its template role was weak compared to tetrapropyl ammonium bromide. The optimum synthesis conditions was listed as follows: the concentration of NaOH solution was 0.375 mol/L, the concentration of template solution was 50 g/L, crystallization temperature was 180℃, and crystallization time was 48 h. The specific surface area of ZSM-5 zeolite synthesized by using n-buthlamine as template under optimum conditions was highest and could reach to 153 m2/g.
