摘 要:埃洛石是一种天然纳米管状矿物,其纯化是实现高附加值利用的前提。采用盐酸酸浸的方法对埃洛石进行提纯和增白,研究了不同温度、时间和盐酸质量分数等因素对埃洛石物化性质的影响,并采用XRD、SEM和N_2吸附对其结构变化进行了表征。结果表明:在盐酸质量分数为30%、酸浸温度为70℃、反应120 min时,得到样品白度为70.3%,相比原矿47.2%提高了50%;杂质成分Fe_2O_3含量由2.60%降至0.27%;酸浸纯化后的埃洛石比表面积由原矿的47.37 m^2/g增加至127.40 m^2/g。The halloysite nanotube is a natural mineral. The purification process is a prerequisite for its high profitability. Acid leaching was used to increase the purification and whiteness of halloysite in this paper. The influence of temperature, time, concentration of hydrochloric acid and other factors on the physical and chemical properties of halloysite was investigated. Then the structure of halloysite was characterized by XRD, SEM and Nitrogen adsorption. The results show that the halloysite got the whiteness 70.3%, at the acid concentration of 30%, the temperature of 70 ℃and time of 120 min, which increased by 50% in comparison to raw ore. The content of Fe2O3 decreased from 2.60% to 0.27%. Moreover, the specific surface area of halloysite increased from 47.37 m2/g to 127.40 m2/g.
