摘 要:以钨尾矿为主要硅铝原料,添加适量偏高岭土作为铝校正料合成地聚物。研究恒温恒湿标准养护和高温高压条件下蒸压养护这两种方式对地聚物试样抗压强度及泛霜行为的影响,并通过FTIR和SEM对试样的分子构造和微观形貌进行表征。结果表明,总体上在蒸压釜中养护较在标准养护箱中养护更能在短时间内有效提升试样的抗压强度和抑制试样的泛霜行为;试样的泛霜程度与其抗压强度具有一定的相关性,即试样抗压强度越高,则其网络结构越稳定,泛霜程度越低;在标准养护箱和蒸压釜中的适宜养护时间分别是36 h和2 h,所得试样的7 d抗压强度分别可达到75 MPa和86 MPa,在此基础上延长养护时间则会破坏地聚物网络结构的稳定性,使其抗压强度降低,泛霜程度增加。Combined with moderate metakaolin as Al-correcting material, tungsten tailing was used as the main aluminosilicate raw material for geopolymer synthesis. Effect of different curing methods (standard curing with constant temperature and humidity & autoclaved curing with high pressure and high temperature) on compressive strength and efflorescence behavior of geopolymer samples were investigated. Molecular structure and micro morphology of samples were characterized by FTIR and SEM. Results showed that, autoclaved curing as a whole was more effective than standard curing in promoting compressive strength and inhibiting efflorescence behavior of samples within a short time. Efflorescence degree of samples was correlative with their compressive strength. That is to say, higher compressive strength of sample meant more stable network structure and less efflorescence degree. The optimized curing time for standard curing and autoclaved curing were respectively 36 h and 2 h, and 7 d compressive strength of the obtained samples were 75 MPa and 86 MPa. Extending curing time would cause destruction of network structure, reduction of compressive strength and increase of efflorescence degree.
