摘 要:机床中滑枕部件及其附属件的自重、镗削力,加之滑枕尺寸及其它结构特征的作用使滑枕的挠度误差超差较为严重。针对该问题,从误差预防效果、实际应用的难易程度、附加工作量、附加成本的角度,对数种误差预防方法进行讨论后,确定了等应力裁剪图(ISO-SCUM)的多因素误差预防方法;进一步综合结构整改措施及装配要求等因素,制定了数种方案择优而用,从而较好地实现了滑枕挠度误差的预防。基于ISO-SCUM的多因素误差预防方法因效果好、易实现、低成本等特点,为同类机床滑枕挠度问题的预防提供了有效的途径。The effects of self-respect, boring force, size and structure of ram and its subsidiary members, make its deflection error more serious in the machine tools. To solve the problem, multivariate error prevention method based on ISO - SCUM is determined after discussions of several error prevention methods, according to the effect of error prevention, ease of practical application, the additional workload and additional costs.Then develops several programs and chooses the best option, considering the structural reform measures and assembly requirements, thus achieves the prevention of its deflection error. Due to characteristics of good effect, easy to implement, low cost, multivariate error prevention method based on ISO - SCUM provides an effective way to solve similar problems in the machine tools.
