摘  要:一种创新设计的三轴联动式搅拌反应器,其结构特点是采用了行星轮传动的三轴联动式搅拌方式,包括主搅拌齿轮轴组件、两个行星搅拌齿轮轴组件、分别固联于三个轴上的搅拌器等。操作时,位于反应器筒体中央的主搅拌齿轮轴在动力装置带动下转动,同时在齿轮啮合传动下两个行星搅拌齿轮轴既有公转又有自转,因此实现了三轴联动的搅拌运动。相对于单一轴搅拌,三轴联动式搅拌反应器具有搅拌效果好、传热效率高等优势。An innovative design of three-axis linkage type stirred reactor, its structure is characterized by using the planetary wheel transmission way of three-axis linkage type mixer, including the main stirring shaft components, stir two planetary gear shaft components, solid coupling respectively in three shaft mixer, etc. Operation, the main stirring shaft in the centre of the reactor cylinder in turn driven power plant, at the same time under the gear meshing transmission stir two planetary gear shaft two sports there are both revolution and rotation, thus realize the three axes linkage movement. Compared with single shaft stirring, three-axis linkage type stirred reactor has good mixing effect, high heat transfer efficiency advantages.
