摘　　要：借助国际奥委会的改革先例,对国际足联的责任机制进行初步的研究,展望保持国际足联尽忠职守的前景。从世界政治中实际实施的7种责任机制视角,包括层级责任、督导员的责任、财政责任、法律责任、市场责任、同行责任、公共声誉职责等,对国际足联需要承担的组织治理责任展开了深入分析。Taking advantage of the reformation precedent of International Olympic Committee （IOC）, this paper conducts preliminary study on the responsibility mechanism of FIFA and looks into the prospect of attentiveness to duties of FIFA. A deep analysis of the responsibilities need to be undertaken by FIFA is carried out from the perspective of 7 responsibility mechanisms practically implemented in world politics, including hierarchical responsibilities, responsibilities of supervisors, fiscal responsibilities, legal responsibilities, market responsibilities, peer responsibilities, public reputation duties, etc,
