摘　　要：随着基本公共服务均等化进程的推进,农村残疾人生活水平低下的问题日益凸显。本文在借鉴国外农村残疾人组织方式的成功经验基础上,从政府组织、非政府组织和农村残疾人自身三个维度提出了完善农村残疾人的组织方式,目的是提高他们的需求层次,从而促进农村经济经济发展。Along with the advancement of basic public service equalization,the problem becomes more and more prominent that rural disabled people’s living level is low. Based on drawing the successful experience from foreign countries,this paper puts forward some ideas to improve the organization way for rural disabled people from three dimensions including government organization,non-government organization and rural disabled people themselves,so as to improve their requirement level and promote the rural economic development.
