摘　　要：无论是在新民主主义革命时期,还是在社会主义建设时期,还是在社会主义改革开放新的历史发展时期,邓小平同志既注重加强团结、减少分歧的领导方法,也讲究正视问题、区别对待的领导艺术,更提倡实事求是、讲究方法的领导智慧,邓小平的领导伦理思想既是当代中国研究领导伦理的伟大指南和前进的航标,也将成为新的历史时期改善领导作风的理论宝库。Whether in the period of new-democratic revolution,socialist construction or historical process of socialist reform and opening up,Deng Xiao-ping not only paid attention to the leading methods of strengthening unity and reducing divergences,but also the leading arts of facing problems and differential treatment,furthermore,he advocated the leading wisdoms of seeking the truth from facts and emphasizing method. Deng Xiao-ping’s theory is both a great guidance and a beacon of progress for leadership ethics in contemporary China,also will be a theory treasury for improving the style of leadership in the new historical period.
