摘　　要："四个全面"的提出,是我党根据我国社会现阶段的基本矛盾与社会实践所做出的重要战略布局。其中,全面建成小康社会是我们发展的阶段目标,必定是一个以人为本的,社会子系统有效运转的社会;全面深化改革需要社会主义核心价值观作为新时代的改革观,还要坚持实事求是的做事原则;全面依法治国是保证社会向前发展的有效策略;全面从严治党是对党性的有效清理,也是社会发展的客观要求。＂Four comprehensives＂as an important strategic ideology is pushed by the communist Party of China according to the basic contradiction of society at the present stage and social practice in our country,in which constructing well-off society in all-round way is our stage development goal,being a people-oriented society that the subsystems play their functions; All-round deepened reform not only needs to regard the socialist core values as the guiding ideology of reform,but also adheres to the principle of seeking truth from facts; Comprehensive rule a country by law is an effective strategy to ensure society development; Comprehensive governing of Party is an initiative check up on spirit,also an objective requirement of social development.
