摘 要:为定量研究烟草生长和形态结构特点,构建准确描述烟株生长的功能-结构模型。基于烟株拓扑结构进行了田间原位动态观测和器官尺度生物量的破坏性测定,连续两年定量分析了不同烟草品种田间烟株的生长发育差异;基于源-库关系建立了烟草功能-结构模型Green Lab-Tobacco,并对模型进行了初步校验。结果显示:光合生产的模拟值与实测值的均方根误差RMSE值在41.02~125.32 g·m^(-2)之间;分配到单个器官的生物量模拟值与实测值RMSE值在0.31~9.06 g·m^(-2),符合指数d值均在0.63以上,R^2均在0.68以上。该基于源-库关系的烟草功能-结构模型具有普遍适用性,可用于定量分析不同品种的烟草生长发育特征。A functional-structural model (GreenLab-Tobacco) was established based on quantitative study of morphological characteristics and growth of tobacco. Field experiments were conducted using different tobacco varieties in Yuxi, Yurman province (102.52E, 24.35N, 1642 m). Field observations were done in situ for obtaining dynamic growth of leaf, and destructive measurements ofbiomass on individual organ scale were collected based on topological structure of tobacco. The model was to simulate the above-ground photosynthetic production and the biomass allocation between organs based on source/sink relationship. Results showed that GreenLab-Tobacco model could accurately simulate biomass production and RMSE between simulated and measured values of photosynthetic production ranged from 41.02 g·m^-2 to125.32 g·m^-2. RMSE between simulated and measured values of individual organs ranged from 0.31 g·m^-2 to 9.06 g·m^-2, and R2 above 0.68. This model proves to be widely applicable and can be used for quantitative study of morphological characteristics and the growth of tobacco plant.
