鼻内窥镜下双极电凝治疗非肿瘤性鼻出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察鼻内窥镜下双极电凝治疗非肿瘤性鼻出血的临床治疗疗效。方法选取2013年5月～2015年5月我院收治的非肿瘤性鼻出血患者82例作为研究对象，随机分成实验组和参照组，各41例。实验组患者使用鼻内窥镜下双极电凝止血，参照组患者使用传统填塞止血方法。观察并对比实验组和参照组的止血效率、治疗后的不良反应以及治疗时间。结果出院后对所有患者进行三个月以上的随访，实验组初期止血率是92%，对照组是56%；实验组远期跟踪后总止血率是96%，对照组是90%；实验组不良反应率是8%，对照组是80%；实验组平均治疗时间3.8天，对照组7.1天。对比上述所有内容，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论鼻内窥镜下双极电凝初期止血率明显高于传统鼻腔填塞止血率，且还能降低不良反应[1]，同时缩短治疗时间，整体疗效显著，值得推广使用。ObjectiveTo observe the bipolar electric coagulation under nasal endoscopic treatment of tumor clinical therapeutic effects of nasal bleeding.MethodsSelect our hospital of tumor patients, 82 cases of nasal bleeding,randomly divided into experimental group and control group,experimental group of 41 cases using bipolar under nasal endoscope,an electrocautery unit of blood control group 41 cases using traditional tamponade hemostasis method.Observe and compare the experimental group and control group of hemostatic efifciency,adverse reactions as well as the treatment time after treatment.ResultsIn all patients after discharge for more than three months of follow-up,the experimental group in the early bleeding rate is 92%, the control group is 56%; After long-term tracking total hemostatic rate is 96%, the control group is 90%; Experimental group adverse reaction rate is 8%,the control group is 80%;The average treatment time group 3.8 days, the control group of 7.1 days. Comparing all of the above content, statistically signiifcant difference （P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe beginning of the bipolar electric coagulation under nasal endoscopic hemostatic rate is significantly higher than the traditional nasal tamponade hemostasis rate,and also can reduce adverse reaction,shorten the treatment time at the same time,the overall curative effect is distinct,worthy of clinical use.
