摘  要:目的:了解恶性血液病患者发生侵袭性真菌感染(IFI)的菌种类别,为预防及临床治疗提供科学依据。方法:收集疑似IFI的恶性血液病人痰、血液等标本,分离出真菌40株,采用半巢式基因扩增联合测序法进行鉴定,同时与培养后表型诊断结果进行对比分析。结果:用基因扩增联合测序法40株真菌均鉴别出菌种,鉴定率为100%;用培养后表型法37株鉴定出菌种,3株尚未鉴定出菌种,鉴定率为92.5%。结论:采用基因扩增联合测序法可快速、准确的鉴别出恶性血液患者IFI的菌种类别。Objective:To understand the species of invasive fungal infection in patients with malignant hematological diseases,to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and treatment.Methods:The 40 strains of fungi isolated from the body fluid samples such as sputum,blood were identified by gene amplification and sequencing and then compared with the diagnosis from culture method.Results:The 40 strains of fungi were identified by gene amplification and sequencing,the rate of identification was 100%;37strains were identified by culture method,3strains couldn't be identified,the rate of identification was 92.5%.Conclusion:The species of invasive fungal infection in patients with malignant hematological diseases can be identified quickly and accurately by gene amplification and sequencing method.
