图书馆、档案馆与博物馆融合背景下的专业课程体系改革研究

摘　　要：本文基于国内外图书馆、档案馆与博物馆融合的大背景,将其融合模式与传统单独服务模式作对比,总结出融合所需的人才素质,在此基础上探讨融合对图档博专业课程体系原则和标准的影响,并提出打散重组,充分融合;核心课和选修课有机一体化;实践课见缝插针;课程体系层级化、阶梯化四项具体课程改革建议。Under the background of the integration of libraries, archives and museums, the integration mode was compared with the traditional single service mode in this paper and summarizes the quality of the talents needed by the integration. The influence of the integration on the principles and standards of the professional course system has been discussed, and put forward four reform measures： scattering and restructuring; integrating core courses and elective courses; increasing practice course; systematization and stratification of curriculum system.
