摘 要:目的探讨T2-mapping磁共振成像技术在评价运动性骨骼肌损伤中的应用价值。方法 10名青年学生进行一次性单车运动,运动前、运动后即刻、1天、2天、3天、5天、7天分别进行股外侧肌T2-mapping扫描,测量股外侧肌感兴趣区T2值,同时测量股外侧肌肌肉横截面积。用Spearman秩相关分析对T2-mapping、肌肉横截面积进行相关性分析。结果青年学生股外侧肌T2-mapping T2值在单车运动后即刻增高,之后随时间变化逐渐降低,7天时恢复正常水平。股外侧肌肌肉横截面积在运动后即刻增大,随后逐渐降低,7天时恢复正常。股外侧肌T2值与肌肉横截面呈正相关(r=0.138,P<0.05)。结论一次性单车运动T2-mapping检查能够反映肌肉形态学改变,有效评估运动性骨骼肌是否出现损伤及损伤程度,有助于为运动训练提供科学的理论依据和指导。Objective To evaluate the value of T2-mapping magnetic resonance imaging in the evaluation of motor skel- etal muscle injury. Methods Ten healthy young students were recruited for the study and conducted a motion model MR T2-mapping were carried out before,immediately after exercise and at 1 day,2 day,3 day,5 day and 7 day after exercise to elucidate the extent of muscle damage. Repeated measures ANOVA ( analysis of variance) was used for T2 values of each time. Correlation between 1"2 values and muscle cross-sectional area changes were assessed with Spearman rank correlation analysis. Results The T2 values gradually increased after exercise, reaching their maximum after exercise immediately, then gradually returned to the preexercise level in the seventh day. There was the same change in the muscle cross-sectional area. There was correlations among MRI T2-mapping ( T2 values) and muscle cross-sectional area ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion T2-mapping can quantitatively reflect the human exercise induced muscle damage after high intensity exercise to provide theory scientific evidence for exercise.
