过敏性咳嗽应用抗敏治咳方结合中医辨证护理的效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究过敏性咳嗽应用抗敏治咳方结合中医辨证护理的效果。方法收治该院从2012年7月到2015年7月的过敏性咳嗽患者180例,应用抗敏治咳方结合中医辨证护理,并对其效果进行研究分析,对所有患者都进行半年的跟随访问。结果经过长时间的治疗和护理,180例患者中有79例患者痊愈,71例患者显著有效,30例患者有效,所有患者都在治疗过程中有了好转,总有效率达到了100%。在半年的随访过程中,发现复发患者仅有21例,复发率为11.67%。结论从研究来看,抗敏治咳方结合中医辨证护理在治疗过敏性咳嗽上具有很好的疗效,而且几乎没有副作用,复发率也低,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To study the application anti-allergic cure allergic cough cough combined with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing effect. Conclusion From the point of research, sooth your cough side combined with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing has the very good curative effect on treatment of allergic cough, and almost no side effects, the recurrence rate is low, is worth popularization and application in clinic.
