摘  要:介绍了非能动核电厂爆破阀的动作原理,分析了爆破阀的失效模式,建立了爆破阀可靠性分析模型,提出了将爆破阀可靠性评估重点放在药筒驱动装置上的思路,重点论述了小样本量下的可靠性评估方法,确定了加严条件下的小样本方法比较适用于爆破阀可靠性评估。The action principle of squib valve employed in passive nuclear power plant was introduced and analysis the failure mode of squib valve was done. A reliability analysis mode was established. The paper pointed out that analysis the key point of squib valve reliability. should be laid on the cartridge drive device. Some reliability evaluation method based on small sample size were introduced. By comparison,the small sample size method in rigorous condition was more suitable for squib valve reliability evaluation.
