摘  要:目的探讨3D-DSA与MRI影像融合技术及其在脑动静脉畸形(AVM)术前评估中的应用价值。方法选择10例脑AVM作为研究对象,术前行3D-DSA、MRI和MRA检查,在Philips大平板DSA机(Allura Xper FD20)的后处理软件Interventional tool上进行DSA-MRI融合,并做术前评估。结果融合过程中,采用MRA-DSA图像进行人工配准的方法更可靠、易行,经上述方法处理得出的DSA-MRI融合影像,可清楚显示AVM的血管构筑及其与脑组织、血肿的空间位置关系。结论 3D-DSA与MRI影像融合技术对显示脑AVM与脑组织的位置毗邻关系有重要价值,对AVM的术前评估和制定治疗方案有一定指导意义。Objective To explore the three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography (3D-DSA) and MR/image fusion technology and its application in evaluating cerebral arteriovenous malformations (AVM) preoperatively. Methods Ten patients with cerebral AVM were chosen for this study. 3D-DSA, MRI and MRA were performed in all the patients preoperatively, then the data were fused on Interventional tool post-processing workstation of Philips DSA machine (AlluraXper FD20) for getting DSA-MRI fusion images, and preoperative evaluation was implemented in every patient. Results In the process of fusion, the method for artificial registration using DSA image and MRA image was more reliable and feasible. DSA-MR/fusion images clearly showed the angioarchitecture of AVM and spatial relationship between AVM, brain tissues and hematoma. Conclusion 3D-DSA and MRI fusion images have significant value in showing the spatial relationship between AVM and brain tissues, and are useful for preoperative evaluation and treatment planning for AVM.
