摘  要:脉冲电磁场作为一种可施加于人体的外来物理因子,现已成为一项重要的治疗手段。脉冲电磁场刺激治疗骨不愈合或延迟愈合已经使用多年,因其无创伤性、无感染、操作简单、适用范围广及并发症少等优点得到了广泛的应用。国内外针对脉冲电磁场在不同领域的临床应用进行了广泛的研究,该文阐述了脉冲电磁场治疗骨不愈合和延迟愈合研究的进展及应用,并对本领域的未来进行了展望。Pulse electmlnagnetic field as a kind of outsourced physical factor which can be applied on the body, has now become an important means of treatment. The pulse electromagnetic fieldstimulation treat- ment on bone of delayed unions or nonunion has been used for many years, dut to its features of non- traumatic, no infection, simple operation, wide applicable range and less complications, it has been widely used. The clinical application of the pulse electromagnetic field has been extensively studied in different fields both in and out of China, and here expounds the research progress and application of pulsed electro- magnetic field treatment for bone of delayed unions or nonunion, as well as the prospect in the field.
