摘　　要：新常态下,中小企业融资问题越来越受到社会各界的关注,而解决这个问题的突破口一直是各方争论的焦点。本文通过对泉州中小企业融资问题的分析,指出地方政府的支持是解决这一难题的突破口,并进一步提出了相应的完善地方政府支持体系的政策建议,以期缓解中小企业融资难的现状。Under the background of ＂Economic new normal＂, the public pays more and more attention to the problem of financing of Small and Medium Enterprises （SMEs）, and the solution of this problem be- comes a public concern. This thesis shows that local government support is the solution through analyzing the SMEs＇ financial problem in quanzhou; furthermore, suggests carrying out the corresponding policy a- bout well-developed local government supporting system to solve the SMEs＇ financial problem.
