摘 要:采用高温熔融直接发泡制备钼尾矿多孔陶瓷,通过研究不同发泡剂对钼尾矿多孔陶瓷材料性能的影响,确定最合理的发泡剂,研究了最合适的发泡剂对多孔陶瓷气孔率以及抗折抗压强度的影响。结果表明,SiC在体系中发泡性能最好,随着SiC含量的变化,钼尾矿多孔陶瓷气孔率和抗折强度均发生变化,当SiC含量为0.1wt%时,气孔率为81%,体积密度为0.4g/cm^3。显微结构表明孔结构基本上不连通分布均匀,为闭孔材料。The porous ceramics were prepared using melting method with molybdenum tailing as raw materials and the influence of different foaming agents on properties of samples was investigated to determine the optimum foaming agent. Then the effect of optimal foaming agent on the porosity and bending strength of the porous ceramics have been studied. Results showed that SiC in this system was the optimal agent and the porosity and bending strength was changed with the amount of foaming agent in the mixture. The experimental results indicated when the addition of Si C was 0.1 wt%, the porosity was 81% and the density was 0.4 g/cm^3. Meanwhile the microstructure images showed that the porous in the ceramics were homogeneous and closed.
