摘 要:综述了金属增材制造技术的理论研究现状及目前国外对金属增材制造数值模拟仿真所开展的工作;介绍了数值模拟增材制造过程的基本流程和要点,从理论上对金属增材制造过程包含的物理特性变化进行了简单分析,并分类讨论了金属增材制造过程数值模拟的三个主要结果:温度场、残余应力以及热影响区的特性;指出了金属增材制造过程中数值模拟的有效性及对今后工作的展望。Theoretical researches on metal additive manufacturing technology and numerical simulation for the technology overseas are reviewed; key points and basic flow in the manufacturing process are introduced, changes of physical properties in the manu- facturing process are simply analyzed, and classified discussions are made on three major factors in numerical simulation for the process of metal additive manufacturing, which are temperature field, residual stresses and heat-affected zone; the effectiveness of numerical simulation for the metal additive manufacturing process is confirmed and future work prospects are presented.
