摘 要:采用电子束焊接了厚度为9 mm的15CrNi3MoV高强低合金钢试板,焊接接头成形良好,无内部缺陷,经热处理后焊接系数达到0.98以上。通过研究焊接接头组织和力学性能,发现热处理后,接头组织以贝氏体组织为主,在焊缝和热影响区粗晶区中出现索氏体组织,热影响区的细晶区存在粒状贝氏体组织,焊接接头的冲击韧性与母材相比得到提升;散焦修饰使原始焊缝的柱状晶碎化,能够改善焊缝处的显微硬度。The electron beam welding technique was used to weld the 9 mm-thick 15CrNi3MoV high strong low alloy steel. The welded joint with fine appearance and no internal defects was obtained with proper welding parameters, and its welding coeffi- cient reached to 0. 98 after the heat treatment. The microstructure and mechanical proper'des of the welded joint were studied. The results show that the welded joint mainly consists of bainites, while sorbites are found in the welding seam and the coarse grain zone and the granular bainites are observed in the fine gain zone ; the impact ductility is improved compared with that of the base metal; after modification welding, the columnar crystal formed in the first welding process is destroyed ,which can improve the microhardness of the welding seam.
