摘 要:采用六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)作为桥接剂在玻璃鳞片表面接枝包覆端羧基液态丁晴橡胶(CTBN),制备GF-HDI-CTBN三元复合材料,并通过FT-IR、SEM、EDS、TGA等手段对复合材料的结构、形貌、表面元素和接枝率等进行表征。以复合材料为填料配制防腐涂料,测试其对涂料性能的影响。结果表明,以HDI为桥接剂,在玻璃鳞片表面成功接枝包覆上了端羧基液态丁晴橡胶,端羧基液态丁晴橡胶呈密集肌纤维状,均匀包覆在玻璃鳞片表面;所制备的端羧基液态丁晴橡胶改性玻璃鳞片防腐涂料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、附着力和耐冲击性都得到了明显的提高,且当GF-HDI-CTBN添加量为20%时改善最为明显。The GF-HDI-CTBN composites were prepared by grafting CTBN on the surface of glass flake with HDI as bridging a- gent. The structure, morphology, surface elements and grafting degree were characterized by FF-IR, SEM, EDS and TGA. The epoxy coatings were prepared with the GF-HDI-CTBN composites as the packing and properties of the coatings were investiga- ted. The results indicated that CTBN was successfully grafted and exhibited muscle fiber configuration on the surface of glass flake ; the tensile strength, breaking elongation, adhesion and impact toughness of the prepared GF-HDI-CTBN epoxy anticorrosion coat- ings were evidently improved,and the improvement was remarkable when the addition level of GF-HDI-CTBN was 20%.
