摘 要:目的:观察磷酸钙骨水泥以及人重组骨形成蛋白-2在中老年人疏松骨骨挤压后牙骨缺损中的效果,探究其临床修复价值。方法:选取我院2013年2月~2014年8月间收治的疏松骨骨挤压后牙骨缺损中老年患者100例,按照收治时间顺序分为研究组和对照组各50例。对照组予以磷酸钙骨水泥修复,研究组在对照组基础上结合人重组骨形成蛋白-2修复。分别检测各组牙骨密度。结果:研究组术后2周骨密度为(0.041±0.010)、4周(0.091±0.024)、8周(0.135±0.043),8周后与前期相比,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。研究组术后16周骨密度为(0.182±0.032)、24周(0.197±0.052),均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:磷酸钙骨水泥以及人重组骨形成蛋白-2能显著提升骨密度,值得在种植牙骨缺损中进一步研究和应用。Objective: To Observe of calcium phosphate bone cement and recombinant human bone morpho-genetic protein-2 in the elderly loose teeth bone defects squeeze effect repair explore its clinical value. Methods: Our hospital in February 2013-after between August 2014 admitted to loose bone squeeze tooth bone defect 100 elderly patients, according to the chronological order admitted into the study group and the control group, 50 cases. The control group received calcium phosphate bone cement, the study group incorporated in the control group on the basis of recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein -2 repair. Respectively, to detect the tooth bone density. Results: Study Group 2 weeks after bone mineral density (0.041±0.010), 4 weeks (0.091±0.024), 8 weeks(0.135±0.043), compared with the previous 8 weeks, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01). Study Group 16 weeks after bone mineral density (0.182±0.032), 24 weeks(0.197±0.052), were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Calcium phosphate bone cement and recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein -2 can significantly improve bone density, worth im-plant bone defect further research and application.
