摘　　要：微波收发组件是通信系统的重要组成部分。本文主要研究C波段镜像抑制收发组件的设计，重点分析了镜像抑制通道原理和设计方法，并利用ADS软件进行通道性能的仿真设计，测试结果表明电路设计符合指标要求，与后续功放联调满足系统需求。Microwave transceiver is an important component in the communication system. In this paper, it mainly researches the design of C-band image reject transceiver modules, which studies the principle and design method of image rejection channel. By means of the software ADS, it conducts the simulation, the test results show that the circuit design conforms to the requirements of the indicator,and the filter circuits meet the requirements of the system.
