摘  要:为改善镁合金消失模铸造涂料的性能,研究了总加入量0.4%的CMC与黄原胶,二者不同复配比例的溶液对涂料性能的影响。结果表明,0.4%单一黄原胶溶液与0.4%单一CMC溶液相比,黄原胶对涂料的增稠效果较好;CMC与黄原胶的复配比例为0.3∶0.1时,涂料的综合性能最佳,悬浮性达到100%,抗压强度最高,流杯粘度和透气性适宜,而且涂料触变性高,涂挂性和高温抗裂性良好,是较理想的带有一定屈服值的假塑性流体。In order to improve the performance of LFC coating for magnesium alloys, the effects of total 0.4% of CMC and xanthan gum, and the different proportion of solutions on the performance of coatings were researched. The results show that the single 0.4% xanthan gum compared with single 0.4% CMC, xanthan gum is better to paint thickening effect. CMC and xanthan gum distribution proportion is 0.3:0.1, the comprehensive performance of coating is best; suspension property can reach 100%, the intensity is highest, the viscosity of flow cup and permeability is appropriate; the coating has high thixotropy, good smearing and good high temperature crack resistance, it is the ideal pseudo plastic fluid with certain yield value.
