摘 要:在厚度为5.0 mm的ZM2镁合金低压铸造板状试样上进行钨极氩弧焊TIG焊接试验,研究不同保温措施及钨极大小对ZM2镁合金铸造板状试样内部质量及组织的影响。研究结果表明,采用预热并用硅酸铝纤维毡保温、直径比试板厚度更小的钨极、较小的交流电流可以明显减小焊接试板产生裂纹和气孔的倾向性,并获得了ZM2镁合金TIG最佳工艺参数。另外,通过光学显微镜对焊接接头进行了微观组织观察,发现焊缝组织是由比母材晶粒尺寸更细小的等轴晶组成,热影响区晶粒大小与母材基本相同。The experiments of tungsten inert gas welding (TIG) was carried out on the ZM2 magnesium alloy low pressure casting plate with thickness of 5.0 mm, to study on the effects of different heat preservation measures and tungsten electrode size on the internal quality and micro-structure of ZM2 magnesium alloy casting. The results show that the preheating and using aluminum silicate fibrofelt insulation, tungsten pole with diameter less than the plate thickness, small alternating current can significantly reduce the tendency of crack and porosity of the welding test plate. And the optimum parameters of ZM2 magnesium alloy TIG were obtained. In addition, micro-structure of welded joints was observed by optical microscope. The welded joint was composed of equiaxed grain with grain size less than that of the base metal, and the grain size of the heat affected zone was basically the same as the base metal.
