摘  要:锆合金在化工领域应用广泛,针对某锆合金阀体铸件的铸造生产需要,结合现有铸造生产条件,采用Pro CAST软件对该阀体铸件的充型和凝固过程进行了模拟分析,以期达到优化工艺降低成本的目的。分别模拟了单型离心浇注、多型离心浇注、多型重力浇注等结构的阀体充型和凝固过程。根据模拟结果以及生产经验最终选用了多型离心浇注的结构,设置了合理的铸造工艺参数,最终采用熔模铸造工艺铸造出合格的铸件,并通过三维扫描测量以及静水压试验。Zirconium alloys are widely applied to the chemical industry. To meet the production needs of some zirconium alloy valve body casting, combined with the existing casting production conditions, ProCAST software was used to simulate and analyze the filling and solidification processes of the valve body castings in order to optimize the processes and reduce costs. The filling and solidification processes of centrifugal casting single-mould, centrifugal casting multi-mould, gravity casting multi-mould and other structures were simulated. According to the simulation results and production experience, centrifugal casting multi-mould structure was finally selected, and reasonable casting process parameters were set. Qualified castings were produced in the end through precision investment casting process, and passed 3D scanning measurement and hydrostatic test.
