摘 要:通过两种铝液精炼处理工艺即传统旋转喷精炼与新型旋涡式添加熔剂旋转喷吹精炼对A356.2铝液精炼处理过程的对比,研究了精炼过程中熔剂的自动添加对铝液中杂质含量的影响。结果表明:精炼过程,定量的熔剂通过旋涡自动添加到铝液中,和铝液充分混合并反应,有助于去除铝液中的氢气与非金属杂质,从而提高铝合金的力学性能。其中拉伸试棒的平均抗拉强度由216 MPa提升至236 MPa;平均伸长率由12.6%提升至15%,并保持一定的稳定性。The effect of automatically-addition flux during the refining process on dross reducing in A356.2 melt was investigated after comparison between the two different refining treatments. The results indicate that hydrogen and non-metallic doss reducing, thoroughly-reaction flux can be achieved by flux adding automatically and quantificationally to the melt, as a result, the mechanical property of A356.2 was improved and the average tensile strength of tensile samples was increased from 216 MPa to 236 MPa; the average elongation was increased from 12.6% to 15%.
