摘　　要：大吨位叉车平衡重铸件生产中出现机械粘砂问题。分析了铸件机械粘砂的成因,并给出了改进措施。介绍了加入煤粉砂芯的打制及烧制工艺。统计分析了不同煤粉含量砂芯的粘砂情况,确定出砂芯中所需加入煤粉的最佳含量。介绍了煤粉的成分对煤粉性能的影响和适合砂芯制作煤粉的选择。The metal penetration occurred in the production of the large-tonnage counterweight casting. The reasons of the metal penetration of the casting were analyzed and the improved measures were put forward. The making and sintering process of the sand core with coal fines were introduced. The statistic results of the metal penetration of the sand core with different coal fines were analyzed, and the optimal content of the coal fines was determined. The compositions effects of the coal fines on its properties and the choosing method of coal fines suitable for the sand core making were presented.
