摘  要:目的探讨应用双低技术—低千伏(100 k V)、低浓度碘对比剂(270 mg I/ml)在冠状动脉CTA检查中的可行性。方法将入选标准的100例冠状动脉CTA检查患者,分为A、B两组,B组再根据管电压和碘对比剂不同分为B1组和B2组。A组30例为前瞻性心电门控,采用100 k V、270 mg I/ml威视派克对比剂,B组为回顾性心电门控,其中B1组35例采用100 k V、270 mg I/ml威视派克对比剂,B2组35例采用120 k V、370 mg I/ml碘普罗胺对比剂。计算各组有效辐射剂量。结果平均有效辐射剂量(ED)A组为(1.32±0.012)m Sv、B1组为(5.55±1.04)m Sv、B2组为(10.57±1.07)m Sv。A组与B1组间、A组与B2组间及B1组与B2组间均有统计学差异。结论应用双低技术—低千伏(100k V)、低浓度碘对比剂,在体重指数≤25.0 kg/m2条件下,可以有效降低辐射剂量。Objective To explore the feasibility of CTA in the coronary arteries with the double low technology,namely lowk V( 100 k V) and low concentration of iodine wcontrast agent( 270 mg I / ml).Methods In the inclusion criteria,100 patients with coronary artery CTA examination are divided into A,B two groups.Group B again divided into B1 and B2 group according to the tube voltage and different iodine contrast agent.A group of 30 cases applied the prospective heart switch control,using 100 k V,270 mg I / ml Visipaque contrast medium,group B applied retrospective heart switch control,including B1 group of 35 cases with 100 k V,270 mg I / ml Visipaque contrast medium,B2 group of 35 cases with 120 k V,370 mg I / ml Iopromide contrast agent.Finally,Calonlate the effective radiation dose of groups.Results The mean effective dose( ED) in group A is( 1.32 ± 0.012) m Sv,B1 is( 5.55 ± 1.04) m Sv,B2 group is( 10.57 ± 1.07) m Sv.Between group A and group B1,group A and group B2 and B1 and B2 group,there is statistically significant.Conclusion Under the condition of body mass index of≤ 25.0 kg/m2 or less,the application of double low technology,low k V( 100 k V),low concentration of iodine contrast agent,can effectively reduce the radiation dose.
