摘  要:随着科技的爆炸式发展和精细加工等产业的兴盛,用户对电能质量的要求不断提高,电压质量作为衡量电能质量的一个重要指标,对电力用户和供电企业的影响日益凸显。为提高配电网电压质量,文章以智能电能表电压量测数据为基础,以台区电压质量评估算法为手段,依托主配网协调优化控制技术,实现了供区变电站、馈线和台区(包括低压部分)电压无功优化协调闭环控制。With the explosive development of technology and fine processing industries,the users' requirement on the power quality is growing. As an important indicator of power quality,voltage quality is becoming increasingly prominent for power users and power supply enterprises. In order to improve the voltage quality of distribution network,this paper proposed an overall reactive power and voltage solution based on the voltage data measured by smart meter. Reactive power and voltage closed-loop control of distribution network among the substations,feeders and distribution transformer areas(including the low-voltage part) is realized. This method can improve the voltage quality,reduce the loss of power distribution network,and improve the service quality of power supply enterprises.
