球针壳属一中国新记录种

摘　　要：摘要：报道了寄生于茄科中国枸杞（Lyciumchinense Mill．）的球针壳属中国新记录种——丘布特球针壳（Phyllactinia chubutiana），其闭囊壳黑褐色，扁球形；附属丝8～10根，生于闭囊壳的赤道区，长度是闭囊壳的1～2倍，具球根状基部，顶部稍尖；子囊13—18个。每个子囊内有2个子囊孢子，卵圆形。无性态为Ovulariopsis insolita，分生孢子梗单生，直立，圆柱形；分生孢子单生，顶部无乳突，圆柱形，孢子萌发时形成粗的芽管并且顶端稍膨大；附着胞乳头状突起，具分叉或不规则状分支。标本保存在甘肃中医药大学植物保护标本室（HTCM111022）。Phyllactinia chubutiana, a new record of Phyllactiainia collected from leaves of Lycium chinense （Solanaceae） in Gansu, China was reported in this paper. Its key characters are described as followings： ascomata globose depressed; appendages 8- 10 in number, arising from the equatorial zone of the ascoma, 1-2 times as long as the ascomata diameter, with a bulbous base; Asci 13 to 18 per ascoma, 2 ascospores per ascus, ovoid. Ovulariopsis insolita is introduced for its anamorph, conidiophores solitary, erect, cylindrical; conidia solitary, cylindrical, some mature conidia slightly constricted centrally, conidial germ tube large and with a slightly enlarged apex, appressoria nipple-shaped, rod-shaped and irregularly branched. Specimens of P. chubutiana were deposited in the herbarium of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine （HTCM 111022）.
