摘  要:介绍了一种双层蜂窝夹层结构异形大开口可见光近红外相机遮光罩的研制技术。遮光罩由内、外Kevlar-环氧蒙皮、结构蜂窝(铝蜂窝)和消光蜂窝(Nomex蜂窝)四部分组成。本文基于遮光罩的结构特点和技术要求,通过讨论不同工艺方法、模具设计、技术难点及解决措施,成功解决了遮光罩突出埋件空间尺寸精度保证、模具密封性等问题。研究结果表明:采用阴模成型方法,能够实现类似双层蜂窝夹层结构异形大开口遮光罩的精密成型,产品具有较高的尺寸精度及力学性能,并满足空间遥感器系统的使用要求。This article introduces the development technology of special shaped baffles of the visible-light and near infrared camera, which has a large opening and double layered honeycomb sandwich structure. The baffles are composed of inner and outer kevlar-epoxy skin, structure supporting honeycomb (aluminum honeycomb), and light extinction honeycomb (Nomex honeycomb). This article studies the various techniques, mould designs, technical difficulties and solutions based on the structural features and technology requirements of the baffles, and successfully solved the problems of accuracy assurance of space dimension of the outburst embedded parts, mould tightness, etc. This research has shown that by application of concave die forming method, it can achieve precise molding of baffles having similar structures as special shaped baffles with a large opening and double layered honeycomb sandwich structure. The research also showed that the baffles have relatively higher dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties, and could meet with the application requirement of space remote sensor.
