摘　　要：通过对24万t/a合成氨系统"六低六高"的经济生产模式的论证分析,指出利用不同工艺调整手段、设备配合方法从中查找影响其生产模式的瓶颈问题。对影响其生产模式的瓶颈问题利用系统大修期间进行集中改造,达到了系统经济运行的目的。By analyzing ＂six low six high＂economic production mode of 240 kt/a ammonia synthesis system, using different ways of process improvement and utilizing equipment cooperation method, the paper finds out several bottleneck problems which affect production mode. Through centralized transformation aiming at these problems during system overhaul, economic operation is achieved.
