摘  要:以煤炭焦炉气及其生产的甲醇弛放气、与甲醇厂空分的富裕高纯氮气制成合成气,开发生产合成氨及其下游产品在新上大型低压氨合成装置中,采用新型塔内件、塔锅直联、开工加热炉、离心循环机组;热能、冷量交换回收利用及分离净化,主要设备采用双套梯级流程配置,PSA提氢;全系统优化作为合成氨系统生产技术,原始开车一次成功。生产证明,符合国家安全、节能、环保、低碳与煤炭清洁高效利用目标,满足现代化工循环经济标准的要求。The paper describes the process which use coal oven gas, downstream methanol purge gas and excess high purity nitrogen from air separation plant as the synthesis gas to synthesize ammonia and its downstream products. In new large scale low pressure ammonia synthesis plant, several production technologies for system optimization are used including usage of new tower inner parts,direct connection of tower and waste heat boiler, commissioning heater, centrifugal cycle unit, utilization of heat, cold energy exchange and recycle, separation and purification, adopting double cascade process and PSA purification process. With these production technologies, start up succeed at the first time. The production proves that it is in accord with the national target which requires safety, energy saving, environmental friendly operation, low-carbon and clean efficient usage of coal. Also, it meets the requirements of the modern chemical circular economy standard.
