基于现代物流理论与信息技术的残疾人服务模式研究

摘　　要：残疾人是社会中非常重要的群体,面对不断变化的生活环境,残疾人依靠原来的模式进行生活、生产及享有正常的社会福利都受到了制约。依托现代物流产业的发展,为残疾人提供新的社会服务模式和生活体验将成为未来社会服务的重要发展方向。文章首先分析了物流在残疾人服务事业中的应用趋势,其次考虑残疾人特殊化需求,结合现代物流理念,利用相关的物流及信息技术,提出了四种面向残疾人的一站式服务模式:残疾人家庭-机构-社区服务模式、基于配送中心供给理念的服务模式、VMI服务模式和城市商业综合服务体模式,各服务模式分别从不同角度出发,为残疾人提供精准化、个性化的生活服务。The disabled community is an indispensable part of the society and their previous modes of life, production and normal social welfares are being restricted because of their being faced with increasingly changing living conditions. Logistics, as an important part of modern logistics industry, will not only play a significant role but also direct the future development of social services modes and life experience, providing a new model of social ,.services for people with disabilities. This paper first analyzes the trends of logistics applications and services for the cause of people with disabilities, then it takes their physical characteristics and specialized needs into account, combining the concept of modern logistics with practice of related logistics and information technology, and finally proposes four kinds of one-stop service models： families of disabled persons - institutions - community service model; supply distribution center provided service model; VMI service model; urban commercial complex service body model. Each service model provides accurate and personalized living services for the disabled from different angles.
