摘 要:对消失模铸造椭圆管铸铁冷却壁进行了热态试验,发现影响热效性的主要因素为炉气温度和冷却水速度。对比分析了圆管型和椭圆管型铸铁冷却壁的传热性能。利用传热学理论计算了铸铁冷却壁热面与炉气之间的传热系数,最后验证了数值模拟方法的准确性。结果表明,炉气温度对壁体温度的影响较大;在相同炉气温度和相同供水条件下,椭圆管型冷却壁比圆管型冷却壁传热性能更好;数值模拟计算与热态试验结果偏差较小。The cooling stave with elliptic water pipes was produced by lost foam casting (LFC) and experimented by thermal test, and influence of furnace gas temperature and water velocity were analyzed. The thermal properties of the round water pipes and elliptic water pipes of cast iron cooling stave were ana- lyzed comparatively, and based on the heat transferring theory, the coefficient of heat transfer between cast iron cooling stave and furnace gas was calculated. Finally, the numerical simulation was verified by experimental results. The results show that the gas temperature has great influence on temperature of stave body, and at the same furnace gas temperature and water condition, the heat transfer performance of cooling stave with elliptic water pipes is superior to that of the round water pipes ones. In addition, numerical simulation calculation is well agreement with thermal test ones.
