摘  要:在热模拟机上对TB8钛合金进行了不同变形参数的双道次热模拟试验,研究了双道次热变形参数中温度和应变速率对显微组织的影响。结果表明,在单相区845℃时,显微组织表现为发生明显的动态再结晶后的等轴晶组织,变形后的组织晶粒度等级较高,晶粒明显细化。随着应变速率增大,再结晶含量降低并伴随有破碎的β晶界。两相区805℃变形后组织呈现出变形不均匀性,伴随有大量破碎的α相并且均匀度较差。随着应变速率增大,显微组织变化不明显,依然出现带状组织。跨相区热变形后的显微组织既呈现出动态再结晶后的等轴晶组织,又呈现出发生动态回复后的带状组织。温度较应变速率对带状组织的产生更为敏感。The double hot compression simulation of TB8 titanium alloy was carried out on the thermal simulation machine to understand effects of deformation temperature and strain rate of double hot com- pression on microstructure. The results show that, there exists equiaxed structure after obvious dynam- ic recrystallization with hot deformation in single phase region at 845 ℃. Grain size is refined obviously after deformation. Recrystallization content is decreased and broken/3 grain boundary can be observed with the increase of strain rate. The microstructure presents inhomogeneous deformation in dual phase region at 805 ℃, and large number of broken a phase with poor uniformity can be observed. The change of microstructure can be ignored with increasing in strain rate with presence of banded structure. There exists equiaxed structure and banded structure after hot deformation crossing single phase region to dual phase region. Deformation temperature is more sensitive to strain rate of banded structure.
