摘  要:丝素具有良好的生物相容性,作为组织工程材料引起广泛关注。因此,结合天然丝素和再生丝素仿真构建人工韧带,在立式锭子编织机上,以再生丝素长丝为轴纱、外包天然丝素纤维编织管状结构的织物复合构建人工韧带。研究表明:采用Ca Cl_2-FA溶液可常温条件下快速溶解蚕丝获得再生丝素溶液,通过湿法纺丝技术能够制备表面光滑且力学性能良好的再生丝素长丝。选择天然丝素纤维编织层数为9层、角度为2θ=45°±2°、中间包裹400根再生丝素长丝构建丝素蛋白纤维人工韧带,该韧带材料的断裂强力可达(1 942.6±7.5)N。体外降解实验表明,韧带材料中再生丝素长丝较天然丝素纤维有更快的降解速度。Silk fibroin has received extensive attention as a choice for tissue engineering material because of its good biocompatibility. In this paper, composite silk fibroin ligament was constructed with natural silk fibroin and regenerated silk fibroin by using vertical spindle knitting machine. In the artificial ligament,regenerated silk fibroin filaments were braided as core yarns and natural silk fibroin was braided outside. The results indicate that at room temperature silk van be dissolved in Ca Cl_2-Formid Acid solution quickly to gain regenerated silk fibroin solution,and silk fibroin filaments with smooth surface and good mechanical property can be obtained by wet spinning technology.The breaking strength of ligament can reach( 1 942. 6 ± 7. 5) N under the following conditions: 9 layers of natural silk fibroin,angle 2θ = 45° ± 2°,and 400 filaments as core yarns. The degradation tests demonstrate that regenerated silk fibroin filaments degrade faster than natural silk fibroin.
