摘　　要：目的系统评价中国人群转化生长因子(TGF)-β1基因T869C多态性与原发性高血压的关系。方法检索中文及外文数据库,收集2015年10月前发表的有关中国人群TGF-β1基因T869C多态性与原发性高血压关系的病例-对照研究的文献,数据进行Meta分析。结果共纳入7篇文献,2882例研究对象,病例组1560例,对照组1322例。TGF-β1基因T869C位点的基因型Meta分析结果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。敏感性分析显示结果稳定。结论TGF-β1基因T869C多态性与原发性高血压有关联。Objective To evaluate the relationship between transforming growth factor- β1（ TGF- β1） T869 C polymorphism and essential hypertension（ EH） using Meta- analysis,and to provide a basis for evidence- based medicine of the genetic background of EH. Methods Eligible articles published before October 2015 were collected the Chinese and foreign databases. Results A total of 7 studies（ 2822 cases） were available in this analysis,including 1560 cases in treatment group and 1322 cases in control group. The Meta- analysis results of T869 C genotype and the allele results showed significant difference（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion TGF- β 1 T869 C polymorphism might be associated with EH.
