摘 要:以霍州煤电综掘2队为研究对象,在深入分析和推理现有自组织理论的基础上,提出了自组织团队构建的总体性要求。以此为依据,建立起以团队目标为导向,以组织结构为核心,并且有良好动力机制的煤矿岩巷掘进机机械化作业线自组织掘进队。对自组织理论的深化和将自组织理论用于煤矿掘进队建设做出了有益的探索,也能为同类组织建设提供理论依据。The paper has proposed the overall requirements about the self-organizing team building for the second team of complex driving in Huozhou Coal & Electricity Company on the basis of deep reasoning and analysis on the theory of self-organization. According to the analysis above, a self-organizing driving team about rock driving mechanized operation-line which is team goal oriented, centric to organization structure as the basis and have the forceful dynamic-mecha- nism. The paper has made a beneficial exploration in the deepening of self-organization theory and its application for the construction of driving team, meanwhile, provided a theoretical basis for similar organization construction as well.
