摘 要:镶齿滚刀的破岩效率是影响反井钻机钻进速度的关键因素,对反井钻机在坚硬岩石中的破岩过程进行了研究,介绍了镶齿滚刀的破岩机理,阐述了镶齿滚刀的试验设计及过程,最后对试验现象进行了分析。通过对破岩数据的整理和分析,得出了岩石表面的平整度对镶齿滚刀的单齿压入效果有显著影响,提出了针对此类岩石或同等硬度岩石破岩效率最高的多排镶齿滚刀的排齿间距值。Rock breaking efficiency of inserted tooth hob was a key factor in improving the drilling rate of raise boring machine. A study on raise boring machine's rock breaking process through hard rock was carried on, the rock breaking mechanism of inserted tooth hob was introduced, and the experiment design and process of inserted tooth hob were elaborated, then the experiment phenomena were analyzed. Through analyzing the rock breaking data, the results showed that surface evenness of rocks had obvious effects on press-in process of single-tooth of inserted tooth hob, based on this, the best tooth row space value which could achieve highest rock breaking efficiency on this kind of rock or equivalent hardness rock was put forward.
