摘 要:针对晋城矿区整合矿井集中存在的破坏区块多、采空区漏风严重等问题,选取大峪15^#、仙泉15^#、晋平10^# 3个煤层开展了程序升温特性试验,分析了CO及烃类气体产生量随煤温的变化:观律,测算了自燃临界温度,优选了自燃标志气体指标。结果表明,计算得出大峪、仙泉、晋平3个煤层的自燃临界温度分别为85℃、74℃、55℃,其大小反映了煤初期氧化能力的强弱;根据煤自燃标志气体优选原则,建议将CO和C2H4作为煤自燃预测预报的主要指标,辅以规律性良好的其它非吸附烃类气体、链烷比和烯烷比。研究结果对提高晋城矿区类似整合矿井煤自燃预测预报准确度和火灾防治水平具有指导意义。Temperature program characteristics experiment was taken with Dayu 15 #, Xianquan 15 # and Jinping 10 # coal seams to solve existing problems at integrated mines in Jincheng mining area, such as many broken blocks and severe air leakage in goal The experiment analyzed the variation law of carbon monoxide and hydrocarbon gas production with coal temperature, calculated critical temperature of spontaneous combustion and chose spontaneous combustion sign gas index. The result indicated: criti- cal temperature of spontaneous temperature at Dayu, Xianquan, and Jinping is 85℃, 74℃, 55℃, respectively. The magnitude of this temperature reflects the oxidation ability of coal during early stage; ac-cording to optimization principle of coal spontaneous combustion sign gas, it is suggested to choose CO and CH4 as main forecast index of coal spontaneous combustion, associated with other well-regularity- behaved non-adsorbed hydrocarbon gas, chain-alkane ratio and olefin ratio. The experiment was proven that could increase accuracy of coal spontaneous combustion prediction at similar integrated mines in Jincheng mining area and improve fire accident prevention.
