营养状态和心理因素对食管癌患者放疗期间生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨营养状态和心理因素对食管癌患者放疗期间生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年6月至2015年6月郑州大学附属肿瘤医院河南省肿瘤医院收治的200例食管癌放疗患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上强化营养护理和心理干预,比较两组患者的营养、心理状态以及生活质量。结果观察组患者放疗后血红蛋白高于对照组,体重和上臂肌围大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后,宗氏焦虑量表(SAS)和宗氏抑郁量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者放疗后的生活质量问卷功能量表、症状量表以及总体生活质量表的评分好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改善食管癌放疗患者的营养状态和不良心理,可有效提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of nutritional status and psychological factors on the life quality of esophageal cancer patients with radiotherapy. Methods 200 cases of esophageal cancer patients with radiotherapy in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was used conventional nursing, and the observation group was given the routine nursing, and the two groups were compared of the nutrition, mental state and life quality. Results The hemoglobin level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the body weight and the upper arm muscle circumference were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The life quality of questionnaire, the symptom scale and the overall quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Improving the nutritional status and poor psychological status of esophageal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy can effectively improve their life quality.
